Children approximately 2 years of age and older
can benfit. They can have a variety of diagnoses including, but not limited to:

- Developmental Delays
- Down Syndrome
- Spina Bifida
- Traumatic Brain Injury
- Learning Disabled
- Cerebral Palsy
- Scoliosis
- Stroke
- Cancer
- Hearing Impaired
- Multiple Sclerosis
- Speech Disabled
- Emotional Disorders
- Behavior Disorders
However, hippotherapy is not for every child.
Specially trained health professionals must evaluate each potential child for this program on an individual basis.
