Janet Carswell and the Renegade Ranch work with the Marty Lyons
Foundation. The ranch finds the children and the Marty Lyons Foundation makes their dreams come true! If you have or know
of a child that has a life threating illness, please contact the ranch or the Marty Lyons Foundation.
Janet Carswell represents the ranch by maintaining her seat on the Brunswick's
Mayor's Committee for Services for the Disabled.
The ranch participates in the Georgia Department of Labor's "Georgia
Works" program. This allows people on unemployment the opportunity to come to the ranch and learn new job skills and get paid
by the Department of Labor.
Janet Carswell is a member of the American Quarter Horse Association.
Janet Carswell and the Renegade Ranch are members of the Georgia Center
for Non-Profits.

Janet Carswell is a Music Messenger for Songs of Love. She is making
sure each child at the ranch has the opportunity to receive a song. If you know a child who is fighting a serious illness,

The ranch is a Partner in Education with Satilla Marsh Elementary School
in Brunswick, GA. The ranch is a sponsor of the Brunswick High School Band in Brunswick, GA.
Janet Carswell is a Professional Member of North American Riding for
the Handicapped Association. With special interest membership in Equine Facilitated Mental Health Association.
The ranch tries to "Make-A-Wish" for the children that ride in the programs.
We have done handicap tricycles, cowboy boots, trips to a rodeo and an English bulldog puppy so far!

Janet Carswell tracks all the volunteer hours at the ranch and ranch
associated hours on the Presidential Service Award website. At the end of each year she totals the hours for each volunteer
and if they have enough hours she orders their awards. Once a year she hosts an award ceremony to honor the volunteers of
the ranch.
The ranch works hand-in-hand with the Hasan Temple in Waycross, GA to
sign-up any child that could benefit from the Shriner's Hospital and its services. If you know of a child, contact Janet Carswell
